suburban sprawlers turn urban developers
According to a recent article, Many suburban developers, for a lack of free cheap space to reek havoc anymore, are turning to urban places for development. They ran into many problems (zoning, preservationists, etc), but they have apparently started work on a new area near Boston Harbor. Now I wonder if this is the same chunk of land that I saw for sale in the Herald Tribune near Boston's back bay station. Looking at the arial photo, I had a hard time placing where the plots were, but I think downtown boston could use a little something like this.
